 | Basic Repair – $149.00Includes basic labor fees for the diagnosis, upgrade, or repair of any desktop, laptop, tablet, or smartphone. Also includes a free antivirus program, virus/spyware removal, firewall configuration, installation of all critical security updates, and performance tweaking. Common upgrades include upgrading or installing DVD/CD Burners, Hard Drives, Video Cards, Network Cards, Fax Modems, Sound Cards, Memory, Printers & Scanners, Digital Cameras, MP3 Players, PDAs, and Software. Any required hardware is additional. Does not include data backup. Some restrictions apply. |

 | Advanced Repair – $249.00Covers labor fees for more advanced repairs such as complete laptop dis-assemblies, motherboard replacements, laptop jack replacements, re-installation of any custom software applications, and restoration of data after a Basic Repair has been completed. The advanced repair fee also covers Level 1 data recoveries from failed hard drives or accidentally deleted files, and includes all services performed during a Basic Repair. Any required hardware is additional. |

- Turn around time for most repairs is anywhere between 5-10 business days
- If you require a faster turn around time we can dispatch an IT consultant to perform the repairs On Site at your location or setup a Remote Support appointment.
